On March 12, 2025, I signed up for FusionApp LLC's customer support at their South Katelyntown, Alaska location. I was told that the service would include system, but after paying $90.6, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Kris H. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

May 05, 2025 05:51I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The subscription box from FusionApp LLC not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
