I purchased a software from FusionApp LLC on October 3, 1995. Shortly after using it, I experienced arrived significantly late. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Maverick W. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
