On July 20, 1981, I signed up for FusionApp LLC's delivery service at their West Crystel, Texas location. I was told that the service would include platform, but after paying $489.72, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Federico U. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

May 10, 2025 05:51I've received an email from Thomas Miller at FusionApp LLC offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The meal delivery was clearly defective from the start.
