I want to report a serious concern with Robo Link's unit that I purchased on August 20, 1983 from your North Bellfort, Kansas store. The product has is not compatible as claimed despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Maegan O., but my issue remains unresolved.
