Overcharged by NanoTech Group for service

I am writing regarding order #ORD-1802-NHI-5120 placed with NanoTech Group on July 3, 2016. I paid $327.60 for platform, but when it arrived, I discovered was damaged upon delivery. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Ophelia T. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

May 07, 2025 05:30Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $62.53 refund only covers part of what I paid for the design service, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
