I purchased a package from Cloud-Logic Ltd. on July 2, 2011. Shortly after using it, I experienced was damaged upon delivery. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Lavon N. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

After speaking with Taylor Rodriguez from the Client Relations at Cloud-Logic Ltd., I was told they would escalate my case, but it's been 5 days with no follow-up. This level of customer service is disappointing.
