I have been a loyal customer of The Life Hospital Foundation for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered membership (order #ORD-4200-OEQ-2814) on January 12, 2011, and have encountered stopped working after two weeks. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
