I am writing regarding order #ORD-3782-TNI-8145 placed with Mind Education Skills on December 4, 2013. I paid $537.73 for service, but when it arrived, I discovered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Candace M. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

I've received an email from Riley Walker at Mind Education Skills offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The fitness tracker was clearly defective from the start.
