Study Thinkers failed to honor their commitment

I'm updating my complaint because Study Thinkers finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the t-shirt, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.

After a thorough investigation of your complaint, our technical team has confirmed that there was indeed a manufacturing defect in the batch produced on April 1, 2025. Deliver a replacement from our newest production line 3. Extend your warranty by an additional 12 months 4.
