I want to report a serious concern with Study Thinkers's solution that I purchased on February 19, 1972 from your Port Claudieview, Idaho store. The product has experienced long delays despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Stacey T., but my issue remains unresolved.
