I want to report a serious concern with Advisory & Counsel's unit that I purchased on August 13, 2012 from your Dibbertberg, Idaho store. The product has experienced frequent disconnections despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Katarina A., but my issue remains unresolved.

An update to my situation: I've now spoken with three different representatives from Advisory & Counsel, and each has given me conflicting information about how to resolve the issue with my organic produce box. This is extremely frustrating.
