I'm writing to complain about the troubleshooting service I received from Vital Clinic Partners Group. After paying $301.65 for plan, I found that it arrived significantly late. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Domingo H., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.
