I'm writing to complain about the troubleshooting service I received from Vital Clinic Partners Group. After paying $301.65 for plan, I found that it arrived significantly late. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Domingo H., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

I appreciate Vital Clinic Partners Group reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement camera has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
