On August 13, 1977, I signed up for Spot & Place Inc.'s upgrade service at their Lynchfurt, Alaska location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $544.36, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Uriel G. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

May 18, 2025 05:51I appreciate Spot & Place Inc. reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement jeans has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
