I purchased a accessory from Abode of Quality on February 22, 1995. Shortly after using it, I experienced is not compatible as claimed. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Violette S. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
