I purchased a application from Strategic Practice Team Curitiba International on May 28, 2006. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced long delays. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Columbus G. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
