I purchased a equipment from Excel Success Education Edmonton on November 4, 2007. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced frequent disconnections. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Lorna T. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

I appreciate ComplaintNest's assistance with this matter. Since filing this complaint, Excel Success Education Edmonton has been much more responsive, though we still haven't reached a satisfactory resolution regarding their repair service.
