On September 9, 1983, I signed up for Select & Eats's exchange program at their East Meda, New Jersey location. I was told that the service would include service, but after paying $209.82, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Gerda Y. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
