I am writing regarding order #ORD-8122-CXM-6183 placed with ExcelSkills on January 6, 1970. I paid $78.79 for package, but when it arrived, I discovered received incorrect information. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Alena F. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The handbag from ExcelSkills not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
