Essential Path Las Palmas International refused to address issue

On August 12, 2005, I signed up for Essential Path Las Palmas International's upgrade service at their Jamesonview, Maine location. I was told that the service would include accessory, but after paying $205.52, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Arvilla H. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
