Frustrated with Practice & Services Corp.'s lack of response

I have been a loyal customer of Practice & Services Corp. for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered system (order #ORD-6959-EEZ-2392) on April 24, 1984, and have encountered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
