Warranty claim denied by Practice & Services Corp.

On July 12, 1971, I signed up for Practice & Services Corp.'s setup assistance at their Coleburgh, Massachusetts location. I was told that the service would include item, but after paying $735.87, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Aileen X. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
