I have been a loyal customer of Practice & Services Corp. for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered tool (order #ORD-7205-FFS-4641) on April 2, 1993, and have encountered was promised features that don't exist. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

I'm updating my complaint because Practice & Services Corp. finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the meal delivery, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
