I am writing regarding order #ORD-9541-PSU-8606 placed with Prime Space Hamamatsu on November 23, 2013. I paid $842.48 for software, but when it arrived, I discovered had repeated billing errors. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Mariano C. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

I wanted to update this complaint to mention that a representative from Prime Space Hamamatsu called me yesterday, but we were disconnected before resolving the issue. I've tried calling back multiple times with no success.
