I want to report a serious concern with Urban Outlet Express Corp.'s gadget that I purchased on March 7, 2000 from your Adanport, Washington store. The product has is missing essential components despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Jamaal K., but my issue remains unresolved.
