On May 16, 1997, I signed up for Practice Partners, Partners's troubleshooting service at their North Timothyfort, New Jersey location. I was told that the service would include membership, but after paying $857.53, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Meredith V. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

I appreciate ComplaintNest's assistance with this matter. Since filing this complaint, Practice Partners, Partners has been much more responsive, though we still haven't reached a satisfactory resolution regarding their customer support plan.
