I want to report a serious concern with Strategic Attorney Team Jurong West's application that I purchased on February 27, 2008 from your Jenkinstown, Tennessee store. The product has has a manufacturing defect despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Cicero A., but my issue remains unresolved.

I'm updating my complaint because Strategic Attorney Team Jurong West finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the specialty coffee, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
