Unsatisfactory resolution from StudyTraining

I want to report a serious concern with StudyTraining's solution that I purchased on February 23, 1994 from your West Winfield, Kentucky store. The product has faced system outages despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Isai W., but my issue remains unresolved.

May 06, 2025 06:09Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $258.51 refund only covers part of what I paid for the expedited shipping, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
