Poor customer service experience with StudyTraining

On June 4, 1985, I signed up for StudyTraining's support package at their Greenholtview, Tennessee location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $847.67, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Darrel C. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

May 19, 2025 06:08Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $206.74 refund only covers part of what I paid for the upgrade plan, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
