I am writing regarding order #ORD-2742-RKY-9577 placed with Homemade & Spice on May 20, 2001. I paid $574.86 for unit, but when it arrived, I discovered received incorrect information. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Aidan N. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

Just wanted to follow up on my complaint regarding Homemade & Spice. I haven't heard anything back yet, and the athletic shoes I purchased is still not working correctly. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
