I'm writing to complain about the return process I received from Homemade & Spice. After paying $530.49 for plan, I found that it stopped working after two weeks. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Dillon Y., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

I wanted to update this complaint to mention that a representative from Homemade & Spice called me yesterday, but we were disconnected before resolving the issue. I've tried calling back multiple times with no success.
