I purchased a unit from Life Institute Enterprises on July 19, 1988. Shortly after using it, I experienced stopped working after two weeks. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Isabell V. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
