I am writing regarding order #ORD-8534-OQJ-1934 placed with Elite Excellence Academy Holdings on September 5, 1993. I paid $382.97 for system, but when it arrived, I discovered faced system outages. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Deanna E. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

After my initial complaint, Elite Excellence Academy Holdings contacted me to troubleshoot the dress shirt. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
