Poor customer service experience with Elite Excellence Academy Holdings

After my initial complaint, Elite Excellence Academy Holdings contacted me to troubleshoot the dress shirt. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
