I purchased a platform from Elite Excellence Academy Holdings on December 28, 2003. Shortly after using it, I experienced is not compatible as claimed. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Oliver G. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
