On June 13, 2022, I signed up for Haus Plus's maintenance program at their New Alexisburgh, Minnesota location. I was told that the service would include membership, but after paying $109.48, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Rozella P. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
