I have been a loyal customer of NexusNet International for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered software (order #ORD-6632-MGI-8185) on August 8, 2014, and have encountered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $351.91 refund only covers part of what I paid for the training session, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
