System crash after NexusNet International product update

I have been a loyal customer of NexusNet International for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered software (order #ORD-6632-MGI-8185) on August 8, 2014, and have encountered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

May 12, 2025 06:07Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $351.91 refund only covers part of what I paid for the training session, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
