I'm writing to complain about the troubleshooting service I received from NexusNet International. After paying $975.75 for gadget, I found that it had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Vella I., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

After speaking with Karen Williams from the Customer Advocacy at NexusNet International, I was told they would escalate my case, but it's been 5 days with no follow-up. This level of customer service is disappointing.
