I want to report a serious concern with Peak Path Associates's software that I purchased on July 27, 1984 from your Kerlukemouth, New Jersey store. The product has experienced frequent disconnections despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Hassie H., but my issue remains unresolved.
