I purchased a gadget from Horizon Education College on October 26, 1993. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced frequent disconnections. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Giles A. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
