On August 16, 1995, I signed up for The Health Diagnostic Partners Fresno LLC's premium plan at their West Deborahfort, Maine location. I was told that the service would include unit, but after paying $912.5, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Fletcher K. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
