I purchased a plan from Cloud-Soft on November 1, 1998. Shortly after using it, I experienced couldn't access my account. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Zachariah R. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
