Data loss incident with Cloud-Soft service

I have been a loyal customer of Cloud-Soft for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered product (order #ORD-1819-JSS-1401) on July 5, 2016, and have encountered encountered rude staff. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

May 20, 2025 05:22After my initial complaint, Cloud-Soft contacted me to troubleshoot the meal kit. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
