False promises made by Counsel & Firm representative

I have been a loyal customer of Counsel & Firm for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered service (order #ORD-6015-VYB-9094) on June 18, 1983, and have encountered was damaged upon delivery. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

May 14, 2025 05:33I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The meal delivery from Counsel & Firm not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
