I'm writing to complain about the troubleshooting service I received from Counsel & Firm. After paying $162.91 for package, I found that it has a manufacturing defect. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Terrell Y., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

I appreciate Counsel & Firm reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement restaurant order has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
