I'm writing to complain about the maintenance program I received from SysMicro Petaling Jaya LLC. After paying $74.22 for software, I found that it has a manufacturing defect. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Nicklaus D., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.
