Hidden fees discovered from Trend & Collective Aberdeen

After my initial complaint, Trend & Collective Aberdeen contacted me to troubleshoot the t-shirt. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
