I have been a loyal customer of Trend & Collective Aberdeen for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered item (order #ORD-2303-EIL-2945) on January 4, 1978, and have encountered couldn't access my account. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

I'm updating my complaint because Trend & Collective Aberdeen finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the fitness tracker, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
