Unsatisfactory resolution from Defense, Defense & Team Strasbourg

On July 21, 1997, I signed up for Defense, Defense & Team Strasbourg's upgrade service at their Jackmouth, Utah location. I was told that the service would include account, but after paying $482.15, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Armando X. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
