I am writing regarding order #ORD-1092-AIQ-4664 placed with Defense, Defense & Team Strasbourg on May 19, 1979. I paid $589.40 for appliance, but when it arrived, I discovered was damaged upon delivery. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Hoyt G. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

It's now been 12 days since my initial complaint, and Defense, Defense & Team Strasbourg still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their delivery service.
