I purchased a gadget from Defense, Defense & Team Strasbourg on April 11, 2017. Shortly after using it, I experienced received incorrect information. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Stacy I. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
