Frustrated with Med Remedy Center Group's lack of response

I purchased a service from Med Remedy Center Group on April 27, 2015. Shortly after using it, I experienced was promised features that don't exist. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Keara B. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

May 12, 2025 06:08I want to acknowledge that Med Remedy Center Group has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $188.18 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $188.18 for a smartwatch that never worked properly.
